On the first field trip we went to Simon Fraser University and to New West Minister, both on the same day. The SFU field trip was interesting, we were guided on a tour of the campus, and learned about courses we can take. The tour guide was laid back and answered our questions with detail and showed us the student food court. After the tour, we headed straight back to that food court and ate for an hour and ended up being late for the second part of the trip! The second part of the trip was at Fraser river discovery center, I missed most of it but the bit that I did see was very cool I liked the keystone species arch. A keystone species is a living thing that is vital to the survival of other things around it. We learnt a lot at the center.
